Hello 4Chan
there are, 'floating around', PSDs of the Mass Effect 3 cover art. Some site do carry very high JPGs of them, 80mpixels or so.
Problem is, all of them are of the MALE Commander Shepard, but so far I've been unable to find any high res (JPG,PNG,PSD or whathever) version of the FEMALE Shepard you see here.
Anyone willing to help, I'm willing to compensate for the effort.

It's not exactly what you're after but if you're unsuccessful you could try running the image through waifu2x to upscale it somewhat
