Well how big do you want it.
"Not too big or too small" tells very little and the image is just 256x192 anyway, so pretty small.
Instead of making it smaller I'd make the canvas bigger or do you need it in 256x192?

Your "picture" is roughly 170x180 px.
How the hell is this... icon supposed to fill that huge amount of space without looking complety blurred except with it sitting in the center, insignificant, lonely, probably freezing?
