Go to nyaa.se and in the top bar (where's written "all categories") select Anime - English translated.
Then write the name of the anime you want (little witch academia) in the right field.

Look for the subs that are [Asenshi] because they are the best ones. For other shows, look for the links with green background because they are supposed to be """the best""" of the site. That's subject to opinions though.
