tl;dr I have some malware on my computer, I'm aware that its there thanks to antibytes but it won't actually quarantine the malware. I'm looking for a free-software that'll help me not get royally fucked.

Helps if you can scan your drive on a secondary computer.

Here is some free or trial antivirus software.
Malwarebytes
Avira (I think this program gives a lot of false signs of viruses)
Spybot

I'm not sure if there the best out there however there the ones I've used.
