So, I bought a new 55 inch 4k 120hz Philips TV at Walmart for $398, and I'll be getting the ps4 pro soon. I've got a few questions.
So, with games that don't have the native 4k option, will my 4k upscaling TV setting do what it sounds like? I know native's better, but it'll still look better than native 1080p, right?
Also, on 30 fps games, will the 'perfect motion rate' setting on my TV make it APPEAR to be running at a smoother frame rate like it does on my wiiu, cable, and Blu-ray player?

I heard that console doesn't really even do 4k. I mean it cant even play 4k Blu Rays.

Yeah, they said it wouldn't, which is bullshit, but still. Is there proof it doesn't output games at 4k? I know most games don't have the option, but like hitting zero dawn does.
