I'm on a phone and no app seems to work, I want to resize the linked photo to a size postable to 4chan (/vg/ specifically)
All apps I use drop it to like 30-300kb and that's way too small.

Any help would be appreciated.

Slightly under the maximum file size for /vg/ not sure what that would be in pixels.
