Maybe if your car breaks down a lot and you don't have roadside assistance or you travel a lot. It's really only good for people that have a lot of disposable income.

Wow, it seems completely useless for me. I thought if not a discount there'd at least be some form of benefit towards food items/household goods with the card. That's pretty disappointing.
