How do I properly search for things that cannot be found conventionally? I want to know how I can find an image no matter what.
Let's say this image for example cannot be found using google images or saucenow, but supposedly it can be found through other methods. I want to learn those methods.

Just in case you're being strange, it can be found with Google's reverse image search and it's a manga called Asahinagu.
If you actually mean what you're saying though, IQDB and Yandex can also be used to find the sources of stuff. There's also Tinypic, but no one uses that, and by no one I mean me.
If you have a screenshot or gif of an anime screencap/scene, you can use https://whatanime.ga

Thanks a lot! This is exactly what I was looking for. I assume yandex and IQDB would also work for non anime/manga images as well? Also, is there a reverse lookup for just manga?
Well in this case, you could type the chapter number and title on the page and search for it that way.
Уcтpaшaй manga 13 gets Russian online readers for Asahinagu.
Never forget, if you REALLY can't find sauce on something you can always post it on /wsr/ I've never not gotten sauce, even from just giving a description of the page.

Yandex is basically like Google, so yes, it can find regular things as well.
IQDB just searches a bunch of image boards (Gelbooru, Danbooru, etc., it lists all of them on the homepage), which basically only contain 2D anime images, so that's more so used for anime/manga fanart, much like Saucenao. I think Saucenao can find manga covers and stuff though or maybe just doujin covers.
Sadly, I don't think there's a reverse lookup for manga, unless Saucenao is secretly more powerful than I know, but the internet is ever-expanding, so maybe one day we'll have one. Whatanime.ga came about just a few months back and has been fantastic ever since.
