Anyone with knowledge of C++ be able to to see if they can get the following program running?

In main method, create array of integers:
int x[] = {60, 24, 3, 71, 44}

Now create a function which takes an array of length N and returns true if the array is arranged in ascending order:
bool ifSorted(int *x, N)

That's close to what I'm looking for, could you edit it so that the ifSorted function is of type boolean and have it return true or false?
