use vidmate app on android or download YTD YouTube downloader on pc.

I use minitube by flavio tordini, youtube-viewer by trizen, or youtube-dl by rg3. They're far, far better than any downloading website you can find.

Install Freemake video downloader.

Just make sure you don't install the bloat that they try to sneak in with it.

Freemake video converter and audio converter are pretty good too.

I used to preffer online downloaders until I found about /g/ aproved yt-dl, it's command line based ie no GUI, has tons of options but I'll make it easy for you. The only things you need to know is

>general usage
youtube-dl [OPTIONS] URL [URL...]

>these 2 help you see what's available and what to download
-f, --format FORMAT Video format code, see the "FORMAT -f [NUM]
SELECTION" for all the info
-F, --list-formats List all available formats of requested
videos

>quick example
Let's download the following vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=feA64wXhbjo
All you have to do is type:
>youtube-dl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=feA64wXhbjo
In a command line, this will download the best available quality for both audio and video, if you preffer other available formats just type
>youtube-dl --list-formats https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=feA64wXhbjo
After selecting a format of your choice, type again
>youtube-dl -f [NUM] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=feA64wXhbjo

That's it, first time may be hard but it's quite simple actually.
