the top comment here https://www.amazon.com/Wolfs-Rain-Complete-Blu-ray-Combo/dp/B01MYN3MI2 seems to indicate it is indeed remastered, but I find it odd that a relatively well-received anime getting a BD remaster has almost zero information available, no screenshots, no nothing to indicate that it's legit.

Nevertheless, nobody has released any 720/1080p encode, and I can't find any iso of the bluray anywhere, so as of right now, you'll have to take standard definition encodes
