Any one got a cheap and easy meal plan? For the past month and a half I've been eating Chicken, Eggs, Black beans, and oats every meal.
This has been working fine until the black beans[?] started making me shit so often.
Anyone got anything a little bit more diverse but still cheap?
Get some veg in there red cabbage, potatoes and onions are cheap as fuck. Also frozen vegetables
Tangentially related, but make sure to take a multivitamin. They come cheap, and as long as you get enough protein and fiber in your diet you should be OK health-wise.
/ck/ or /fit/ would know better.
I'd also include rice in that list.

I'd like to know too. I'm a brokeass bachelor and I really need to start getting into a healthier eating plan. Is there a detailed guide I could follow that includes things like recipes, healthy eating protips, etc?
Get bags of frozen veggies.
They're pretty much just as good as fresh.
Don't forget to check the weekly ad online for your grocery store, and get w.e. is on sale
You can also get meat cheaper if you get the stuff that's close to the expiration date. it's still good to eat as long as you use it quickly or put it in the freezer asap.
A good skill to have is knowing how to break down a whole chicken.
Buying a chicken whole is a lot cheaper than buying it already butchered
You can also use the bones to make stock
