My pc specs are:
Operating System = Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 32-bit
Physical RAM = 2039 MB
CPU name = Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz
CPU speed = 2.792 ghz (2 logical threads)
No graphics card

I would configure your setting while playing a 3D fighting game like The King of Fighters: Maximum Impact or Bloody Roar.

Even some games will crash on a "high-end computer". I remember I used to have problems playing Namco games.
