Hey again, got more shit that no one knows how to do because we weren't taught nor is it in our textbook, and online yields nothing. I haven't gotten far. Any help appreciated, cheers
(also if someone could explain why this is 2 marks ty)

How do you even pass your tests?

This is holiday work for the new year, we don't have experience when we are given barely any variables to work with.

2 marks cuz you need to find horizontal stuff first. Use that to do vertical and find answer. Btw time is shared for both vertical and horizontal, might help cancel out variables. Look up projectile motion

Teaching you how to fish here:
Just google "kinematics", this is a very simple problem. There's a ton, literally a TON, of YouTube videos on this topic.

If you don't know how to do kinematics in 1D (i.e dropping an object from a building with no initial velocity) then watch the recommended video on 1D kinematics first. It's more worthwhile for you to learn how to do this than for me to do this for you, because it's VERY basic and takes almost no time once you know how to do it (you just plug it into the equations).

I can do kinematics in 1 and 2D. The video you linked assumes that you are given another variable. If I was given velocity or time I could work it out, but I'm not. If it's simple, what would your answer be?
