Google Image Search Warning Redirect

Changing DNS to googles 8.8.8.8 in network adapter settings doesnt work too. so noone has this problem?

Everything NSFW related kinda. So basically every porn search that google would filter as porn if you have activated filter, but in my case safesearch in google is off. Even if the picture is not explicit, it gets the warning, because the search word/words are NSFW.

Can you be more specific? I have no idea what you are saying. A quick tutorial?
I also checked my laptop which gets the same notice. Avira Antivir is installed on both but i deactivated it and also the Firewall for a quick check, but it didnt help.
Do you guys have not the problem? I asked on /b before and one guy posted that he has the same notice. So im not alone. The question is, what is the reason for that. If everyone would get it, google would be the reason, so can you guys confirm you dont have that problem?

Its not malware. Every PC in my house has that problem, also my freaking iPhone with safari browser. Its not malware. At least not on my devices. Maybe its the router but i didnt and dont change anything and wouldnt know what settings could cause this. I also tried the google DNS 8.8.8.8 in adapter settings.

Now, people who wanna give some tips, please tell me first if you have the same problem, otherwise the effort is senseless, if it is google in the end who does that for everyone. Google whatever NSFW terms like "ass porn" with deactivated google safesearch filters, click on the first image or whatever image. It looks like the pic here.

Dude can you read? I said exactly the opposite. Its not a virus. The router line was referring more to the router settings. Of course i test all devices to exclude any possibilties. If my smartphone has the same problem
-> it cant be firefox, since the smartphone uses safari, and microsoft edge also didnt work on my pc
-> it cant be windows 10 since the smartphone uses iOS
-> it cant be broswer extensions and antivir since the smartphone also doesnt has them
-> adblock is also installed and it doesnt help
-> i checked the routers filters and there is nothing filtered.
