I'm not feeling sane lately. I'm doing stuff that I wouldn't normally do: I sing, do strange movements, talk without thinking. That's lately, but I also feel paranoid in the dark and don't notice how time flies. And I live in a pretty noisy house.
I'm NOT gonna see a doctor irl, because first, I have some plans for the future that this might ruin and second, my country is a 3rd world shithole and psychiatry is on the lowest level.
Blease respond.
Some qualified professional that can tell me what is this or gove me a site that can answer will be great. I think I'm slowly losing it.

When the mania start setting i can assure you, you will feel it.
Although i must say that going outside and walking really can help if at least temporarily.
