Right click on the text you want to change.

Click Inspect Element.

You may need to click an arrow to find the text. Once you find the text sample, doubleclick it, change what it says, and press enter.

You won't be able to change the text on the server for everyone to see. It will only change on your browser until you refresh the page.

This is on Firefox. Not sure how you do it on Chrome but it should be similar.
