I have a part of a song stuck in my head.
It starts off with sirens and has a few dramatic notes at the end.
I think it's from an anime or game or something.

I honestly don't remember the video very much but I vaguely recall some room flashing red during the sirens followed by a close up of an angry or shocked face.
