I have lost the disc 4 in this DVD collection. I was planning on burning the episodes back onto a recordable DVD. I was wondering if there was a place where I could get the DVD data to have it function exactly the same as the others, or if it would just be a menuless, playing through the episodes feature.

Your looking for some DVD authoring software.
You can create menus in Adobe Encore and save final project as an .iso formatted for DVD.

If you can buy dual layer DVDs.

So what kind of file do I need the episodes saved as?

It's on animebytes: https://animebytes.tv/torrents.php?id=433&torrentid=7473#7473/filelist
Just download the ISO and burn it to a DVD9.

Says applications are currently closed, but thanks.

Looks like it's on Nyaa as well: https://www.nyaa.se/?page=view&tid=864976 .
Remember you can tell your torrent client not to download the disks you don't need.

I'm not too sure, as long as its a supported file the program should transcode it. However Its been a while I've made a DVD. Last time I made Mud-Luv onto DVDs as a fun project.
Adobe Encore is probably the best thing out there. However probably the least user friendly.

Hate how people on private trackers assume everyone is on those things.

Thanks again, but that's only the first 5 episodes, and it's Hellsing, not Hellsing Ultimate, which is what I'm looking for. They decided to make the naming needlessly complicated for some reason. I'll keep looking through Nyaa.

Erm, it's the first five /disks/ (i.e. all of them), and if you didn't want Hellsing TV, you shouldn't have used it as your picture.

I didn't realize they were disks, so I'll check it out, even if my collection only has four.
At the bottom it says complete TV series + Ultimate OVA.
