Hey /wsr/
I was wondering if anyone could help me with resolving some issues regarding counter strike global offensive. Whenever I start a game it will stay on the loading screen (pic related) for a very very long time. Afterwards, I will spawn in places like I am a surveillance camera because I can't move, only see what is going on in front of me (nothing is happening really). After a while, I spawn as a person but it is extreamly laggy and it freezes almost every 3 seconds or so. Often I will still be able to hear what is going on but everything else just stops. There is also a lot of rubberbanding.
I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, restarted my pc countless times, lowered the game settings and had almost nothing running in the background for less memory/cpu usage but nothing has helped. Also, csgo has ran smoothly in the past and I'm not sure what I've done :/

In steam go to the properties of the game, click local files and click verify integrity of game cache.

Thanks a lot, but none of it worked. The "run as administrator" wasn't even ticked in the first place...
I also want to add that the lagging and messed up stuff only happens when I'm playing online and not offline with bots.
