So I haven't watched any anime in a long time, but some of the shows I loved are:
Clannad
Elfen Lied
Black Lagoon
Akria
Looking for some more adult oriented stuff.
Already seen Berserk and that sucked. Same with Ergo Proxy and some other one where the girl upgrades her computer over time and you spend the majority of each episode staring at power lines *yawn*
