every1 of this programs says its uncomplete or broken or sth like that. As far as i researched and established ts a software for garmin hardware :s and im trying to find any emulator or sth. or maybe u know any good programs with route optimalisation?

If it a 'PC game' and it won't load, there's a chance the file corrupted (if that's the case, just redownload it).

This .img file is not meant for a program on your computer. It's meant for your Garmin GPS unit. Assuming you have an SD card installed in the card socket for your Garmin, simply do this:

Connect your Garmin to your computer via a USB cable.
Put your Garmin in USB Mass Storage mode. (On an eTrex, this is typically done by going to the menu screen, then Setup -> Interface -> USB Mass Storage.)
The Garmin should show up as a removable disc (like a USB stick) in the usual place. On a Mac, for example, this will be on the desktop.
If there isn't a folder on the Garmin called 'Garmin', create one.
Into this folder, copy the .img file that you downloaded.
Rename it to gmapsupp.img if it's not already called that.
Eject the Garmin as you would a USB stick. Again, on a Mac, you do this by dragging it to the trash.

When your Garmin reboots, you should now have the OSM map displayed.

I do not own garmin device, thats the thing. Im simply trying to run it somehow on pc

Why are you trying to do that? What use would be GPS software on a device that isn't a GPS?

IT is for reaserch, im comparing software for route optimalisation and wanted to include garmin as it is quite popular

I don't think you'll be able to emulate a garmin GPS very easily. Who knows what the architecture is, and there's no reason for anybody to have made an emulator for it. You might be able to jigger something up with QEMU, but it will almost certainly be a better use of your time to just buy a GPS.
