It's been a long time since I watched a spanish fansub but by that time the best was AniHenjin. They didn't realease a lot but both the video quality, grammar and orthography were the best.
Spanish is a language with a rather problematic orthography so you shouldn't watch random fansubs. Also, idk how easy it is to find but the licensing of most anime in Spain is made by Selecta Vision. If you find the DVDs you will get correctly written spanish for sure.
