How can I get Bluetooth to function on my (desktop) PC? I have Windows 10. I've already done a bit of searching on my own, and it seems that people who updated to windows 10 lost a lot of drivers, including Bluetooth. I got my computer last June and have only ever been on Windows 10. I've tried every method I've come across and if you guys don't have a solution I'll be trying tech support soon. Yes, I know, I should have gone there first, but I have some anxiety and don't like doing things like that unless it's a last resort. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
go into the device manager and uninstall anything that is bluetooth. then reboot.

The Bluetooth folder doesn't even appear in device manager. Nothing in there is named Bluetooth.

that means the device is disabled. go into the bios and enable it.

How do I do that? I've gone into bios before but I never really knew what I was doing.

It's not the BIOS.
You need to install your vendor's airplane mode/wifi switch driver, and then run the wifi switch program and turn Bluetooth on.
This will make the Bluetooth device appear, and Windows 10 will install drivers for it automatically.
Lol, I remember going through the same issue. I dont even use bluetooth.
