as you can see, I had to put a shitty blur border around the image on my profile picture because the circle doesnt fit the complete picture. could someone possibly photoshop the image so that it can fully fit in the circle without using a shitty blur border around it. Dont know if thats possible

thats the problem, when I put it into a circle it cuts out her face so I need somebody to sort of extend the picture like pic related. dont really know how to explain but I just want the whole picture to fit.
