I want to bring an original character of my own to life...but I have little to no artistic ability, and can't draw people in an anime style to save my life. I will provide basic information for the OC

Notes: wears only black,always seem emotionless despite that not being true,always wears military boots,has an arm tattoo of the "Jashinist symbol"
