I've got one of these original movie posters, the ones that go in the light boxes at the theater and whatnot. Unfortunately, due to having moved around a lot in the past few years, the thing is kinda crinkled now. Nothing too upsetting, but there are some creases where the roll has been squished. What can I do to fix it? Can I iron it gently? For that matter, what material are these posters made of, does anyone know?
Thanks in advance.

Try the good old "ironing under a bunch of shirts" method.

A towel both on top and on bottom of it.
And make sure the iron isn't too hot. Just, pass it once or twice, and check if everything is OK, and do it again 'til either you see something getting fucked up, or you fix the crumpling.
