Oh wow, a year already?
I have a bunch of wasus stuck on the HDD of my desktop, which has been out of service since my pet bunny figured out how to eat cables.
I'll try to get them out tomorrow, I suppose. I even drew one, and left another drawing unfinished!

As I said in the OP, I don't care too much about the quality of the drawing. You put down some cute ideas and gave them graphics; understanding what's going on there is easy so you did a really fine job! You can always read a book about perspective, anatomy etc etc to improve the graphics later, but right now you've created a nice idea: "Wasure is now stuck in a well out of fear of Keksandra's makeover session" and you just played around with it making /c/-tan interact with it. That's cute nigga. Or at least that's how I see it.

Now a question, did you have fun drawing?
You said you've never drawn more than stickfigures on a PC, I saw your picture, I liked it, I believe you can be even improved.
Your brain is there, your hands shall follow.
Also im pretty high on sleeping pills right now, sorry if it doen'st make sense.

Thank you OP, that means a lot. Yes, I had a lot of fun! And it was very calming after a while.
Especially after I got some ideas on how to layer things, found new useful tools (using Gimp) and at some point I lowered my DPI by 80%, little changes with immediate effects are really fun to figure out. And seing something come together after a few hours felt gratifying.
Some parts were tedious or frustrating, but that was mostly because I had no idea how to go about this, and Gimp's ui.
However, I simply lack the artistic talent to create something new, or make things look unique or special. I had to imitate poses and such from other pictures. I guess this will get easier with repetition, but it feels like I am missing this certain spark.
Learning about anatomy and perspective might be fun though, I might pick this hobby up for sleepless nights.

Bumping so I can finish an /aco/-/wsr/ picture tomorrow.

It's still really cute! The only real issue is the size of the hat, otherwise it's a nice pic of Wasu. The hat is the hardest part for me, I don't really understand its shape, so I just try till it fits. Try redrawing the hat, or shrink the face, whichever.
You're using the linetool because you're drawing with a mouse right? Not the best choice for digital drawing.
