You can download any picture on any website by right clicking the picture and selecting save image as.

>click button
>wait until all the images load
>right click > save webpage
>open the folder downloaded
>resize the window so there are only two vertical columns
>delete the column that contains the thumbnails
>done

There is no better way than this, other than not being a pleb and getting your images from 4chan and not the source....
