Odin Sphere's good but depending on what you mean by "weeb" it might not tickle your fancy. The artist is obviously japanese but it's western style through japanese art style, if that makes sense.

Not weebshit, but the infamous series has been pretty well received. Played a little bit of first light and loved it (dammit, I'm reminiscing now- had to cash in my videogames, rough times).

The "Tales of" games are pretty weeb in both style and writing- they may tickle your fancy too. Star Ocean five was certainly weeb shit but overemphasized the shit aspect. It was really awkward combat but if you can get past it, the weebness is quite juicy.
