The first word definitely looks like "pure"

Not sure about the second but I do not think it is "easy"

純楽 would probably read as Junraku.
純 stands for purity/chastity.
楽 stands for fun.
It should mean "Pure fun" but if that is not an Asian ass, it doesn't mean anything and the tattoo artist was just asked to draw some cool Jap signs. If it is a Nip or Chink ass, the colloquialism is lost on me.
