Tell me if the name "Loomyloomydah" can be the name of my youtube brand. Does it sound retarded or can it eventually become recognizable? I made it when I was 12 and have lost all objectivity on it.

it sounds too childish
The "dah" part makes it sound childish and unappealing and the multiple "loomy" make the name repetitive.
Try going for something snappy and memorable that will make the people watching remember your stuff. Usually, combining two words together and shortening them works wonders. Try using stuff people can relate to, as well. This makes it even easier to call back to it.
Examples would be:
TwiceLoomy
NeverLoomy
Loomyvale
LoomyDoomy
LargeAndLoomy
LoomyWithAChanceOfProgression (aka 'Loomy')
"Loomy" is pretty good on its own

Make sure that the intonation is focused here: loomyloomYYYdah and say it real fast with no pause. You're golden nigger, I don't think I've heard a better name. Best part about is that is doesn't mean anything that people can relate to, so it will instantly become you, just like the names of all the big Youtubers. For example, look at these idiotic names:

That's the kind of shit you don't want. It's literally what 99% of the people would come up with and it doesn't spark any interest at all. You now just need a rhyme or poem to end all your videos like for example:
Loomyloomy-dah
Decided to smoke a bull,
We all got a nice flew with yah,
"Mull" eyes dark: Stuff the banished carcass full!
Or whatever other good thing you can come up with. Chase your dream lad.
