Read the manga, its the only best option or if you want anime then watch the original db anime in japanese dub(uncensored) or just watch Dragonball kai.

i read the manga for dragonball, watched the saiyan saga up to the fight with frieza and read the manga part for that fight and started watching the anime again after the fight, that's how i'd recommend doing it. or if you're a person with a lot of time just watch the anime
