Ignore the image I keep seeing a program running in my task

don't actually know but sounds like malware, keep in mind that i really don't know tho

I have run malwarebytes several times and its not picking it up to delete it, but then again I am not quite sure how reliable malwarebytes is. I cant find anything online at all about this program which is what is making me question what it is.

It's fairly reliable but it won't remove or detect everything. Boot into safe mode with networking and run these, before trying malwarebytes again.

next time it shows up in your task manager right click it and choose Open file location, that is if it's in processes tab
if it's in applications tab then right click it and choose Go to process and poroceed with previous instructions
That should help you identify the origins of the program
