using a data recovery software it's been long since i use one so i forgot the name maybe try a few and see if one do the job however if you move and delete files a lot there's high chances that you're not gonna get anything or it may be damaged/unusable

It's possible, but depends on what you did. If you did a "quick format" and didn't write anything to the disk, the data is still there, but hidden and should recover easily.
IF you did a quick format and then wrote data to the disk, your data might still be there, might not, or might be corrupted, depending on how much you put on the thing.
If you did something like format with a secure format (flipping all the bits a few times) you are fucked.

I was able to recover files. In fact, my backup had ~90000 files, but photorec recovered ~230000 files. I'm sure a bunch of these files are trash that have been deleted ages ago (or something like that).
I guess I'll spend the rest of my life organizing these files.
