So i just bought a new entire pc
Amd Fx 8350 black edition
Msi 970
Msi GTX 1060 GAMING X 6GB DDR5
Avexir DDR3 4GB 1600Mhz Core red x2
Windows 7 64bits
i finish installed all drivers and dowloaded gta v, just to se how awesome is was to play all in 1080p, and the only thing i got it was 30fps, and in others games like league i just barely get 60 fps, what could it be? can some one help me plz, its the first ever pc that i build my self

Gaming at 1080p is a meme, you'll get low FPS no matter what you have.

Make sure you don't have V-Sync turned on for League. V-Sync locks games at 60fps

Also, I suggest going into your BIOS and turning off "AMD Turbo Core". It just overheats an idle CPU.

a GTX 1080 would guarantee 1080p in GTA 5, and turning on V sync will only "lock it to 60fps" if your computer is running it at over 60fps consistently. as soon as it doesn't have enough power to go above 60fps, you will be dropped down to something like 30 FPS.

your GTX 1060 is just not powerful enough to run GTA 5 any better, and LoL.
