Playing mostly Fallout 4 on my PS4 and the audio is just barely under how loud I want it to be.
Sound quality is great, doesn't sound like there's any problems.
Audio for the device settings in the PS4 menu is set to max on the slider
No idea what the other settings do or what they mean.
I've put the TV audio itself on max volume to really low volume and the audio of Fallout 4 through my headset doesn't change
Audio settings in Fallout 4 are all max
I'm using steelseries Siberia v2 full-size headset plugged into the audio jack on the controller
When plugged into my laptop the headset is much louder than on the PS4
Any idea what settings I can change?
Or is this the maximum volume I'm going to be getting out of this headset with the PS4?
Would buying a different, more PS4-friendly headset help?
pls no bully

Plug it into the ps4 while playing? Maybe the usb connection will give it more power

i tried that but my USB adapter thing is crap and it sounds horrible
It's also actually quieter

then the ps4 controller alone probably cant give it sufficient power, theres probably headsets that need less power (maybe something with smaller drivers than your 50mm drivers, though im not sure)

any suggestions?

Check the tv if you have some kind of Auto volume option on.
