Anime have character types. Tsundere, dandere, deredere, etc.
And there is a type of character that is hard working, very shy, productive, honest, has standards, polite, "no fun allowed", etc. Examples are Umi from Love Live, and Mio from K-On.
So, what do we call them in -dereminology?

I always thought Nagato was a kuudere, not a dandere.
The Yuki Nagato from The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya is more of a dandere though
