Is it just LoL?
If so, try switching it from "Fullscreen" to "Borderless", or vice versa.
This is a guess, though.
If you run Speccy (https://www.piriform.com/speccy) and post a screenshot of the results, then other people who actually know about PC gaming will be better able to help you.
