>>57023248 Arch linux networking issues
Okay first off. Im dumb. I thought that link would link to a post I had made on /g/ about an issue I was having on networking.
So i recently installed Arch and i configured the nameservers and the default gateway to 8.8.8.8 and 192.168.1.1 respectively.
But I still dont have internet. The cable is plugged in and i somehow (no fucking clue how) got it working earlier and then I rebooted to see if the issues was still there.

Show your inconfig if archlinux has it? Maybe ip addr?

Why did you do that?
Set it to DHCP, and don't fuck about with stuff you don't understand.

Cross board links should look like this:
>>>/g/57023248
>>203119
Post output of
ifconfig
route -n
cat /etc/resolv.conf
ping 192.168.1.1
ping 8.8.8.8
Network is unreachable should mean that you don't have a default route set, or you're not in the same network as your gateway (logically, not physically), or your gateway is not forwarding the packets for some reason.
Issued fixed by running dhcpcd and then installing ifplugd
