So i need help getting my information and files off from a water damaged phone.

Is there a way without opening it up or giving it to some tech guy only to pay hundreds.

My provider are willing me to give me a new one for 20$ but they wont be able to extract my files. Im getting desperate. Any help will be appreciated.
