You can't overclock with that processor and motherboard, so drop the cpu cooler and just use the stock one.

The power supply seems to be overpriced by $20-40. An aftermarket CPU cooler is only gonna make things quieter when you don't have an overclockable processor. Shift that money into a better graphics card.
