If you're using photoshop just use "Magic wand" and it will remove everything easy

I figured OP wanted the background pink as well so I deleted the background via color mask instead.

I hate to ask more but is there anyway you can guys can chance the white/blue on her leg way to be darker? It doesn't have to be on all the spots I even fixed it up myself a bit but I'm obviously not that great at this.
Here is mine.
