I just bought a new computer and my old graphics card doesn't fit...
Not sure but I think it's "Micro ATX"... anyway, it's the one highlighted in the picture, OptiPlex 755...
my old gfx card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500147
was just half an inch too long and didn't fit...
what would be a good gfx card to get?? Power supply isn't an issue since I'd be willing to upgrade.

Wouldn't be better to get bigger case?
Low profile cards are very under powered but see in your other specs you wont be playing Crysis 3 on 4K anytime soon.
Any low profile cards should fit in your case like these one

Choose accordingly to your budget.

I don't think you can change the PSU on those cases so easily i have worked with HP and Lenovo slim towers and both use non standard PSUs

>new computer
It's a Core 2 Duo.
Your "new computer" is nearly ten years old.

HP minis tend to take standard (albeit small) form factors like SFX and TFX12V.
You absolutely can upgrade them.
