Someone please help, I have the vaguest memory of this game and I am dying to know what it is. Here is all I remember:
-There is a screen with a peanut and some other nut on a stage with red curtains.
-This part of the game might be called The Peanut Gallery
-I think the peanut tells jokes
-There are grainy black and white images (a farmhouse with a cow, a side yard, and others), I think you're supposed to find objects in the images
This haunts me.
That is all.
Desperate bump
I think the nuts may have been photos with faces drawn on them, though it's possible the nuts themselves were drawn as well.
I should also make it clear that this was only part of a larger game that I remember nothing of - it was probably some collection of small games billed as educational.
I'm pretty sure I'd get it from the local library if that somehow helps.
LIbrary peanut game. Peanut tells jokes. Grainy images. The 90s.
This would've been, like, 1998, maybe '99. 2000 at the absolute latest.
It was in English and played in America, for the record. I have to assume the game was American.
Pssstt... OP...

This is too similar to be something different, downloading a sketchy ISO as I type this. Either way, you're my hero, Anon.

Be careful, Op.
Glad I could help a fellow Persona fan out!
