I was updating my Windows 10 laptop and now it's stuck at 64% and keeps restarting on a boot loop, any solutions or help would be appreciated dearly.

If it's the anniversary update, run the media creation tool, and do an upgrade install with the anniversary update installer.

To stop it looping, just keep switching it off after it loads, and it'll go "recovering installation", and it'll roll everything back to before the update.
