Hey guys, i know requests often get ignored, but i'm here asking for just a couple minutes of someone's time. I'm currently working on a project for a special friend of mine, and I need someone to help me turn something into 8-bit, almost chibi-esque. All I need is this one image turned into 8-bit and that would be it, since I could probably force myself to learn it from there. I would be extremely thankful if someone could take 5-10 minutes out of their day to help me with this.

ideal level of pixelation: http://i.imgur.com/vzbaWvt.jpg and http://i.imgur.com/Ssi1OI1.jpg

also great levels of pixelation: http://i.imgur.com/8bS2Wxl.jpg and http://i.imgur.com/UKGWSvY.png

Alternatively, if somebody could just give me advice or some steps to follow in doing it myself, that would also be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much for reading!

Holy shit that's so close to what I need
In fact, it actually looks really good, but i need it as an easily replicable sprite in a game, more along the lines of this (but maybe with a few more pixels)

i don't think it's anything that a filter could do, but more just flat-out pixel art, unfortunately

well i can just blur the picture, too, but where i have a lot of difficulty is making an actual usable character sprite in a sort of 8-bit game, i.e. redrawing that whole guy as something like the main character from a pokemon game
