Simple Question
Is it hard to build a PC?
if so which is the easiest and which is hardest?
Not particularly unless you have hamhands.
Complexity depends on the number of parts you want.

All parts necessary to a pc work...
It's not hard, but it can be frightening putting together expensive parts if you've never done it before, and there is stuff that cam go wrong. If you've never done it before, you should find a shitty old desktop to take apart and put back together.

Judging by the 4-5 "halp my new PC no work" threads each week here, I'm going to say "yes".
Hardest part is cable management

Overkill IMO. Just find a nice tutorial video, and try to follow it as closely as possible.

This is what I used back in 2012, and it was great. Notice that you start off putting stuff together outside the case, which is not only easier, but also far less nerve-wracking since you can easily see everything going on.

Kill yourself to be honest

You just bought an overpriced Dell with a mod kit thrown in.
Putting it together isn't to bad. I tell my friends to use pcpartpicker.com to pick out compatible parts. just be careful with what generation they are. you dont want to make a machine with first generation parts because youll have to remake it a year or two later.
