Hello,
If I were to install Windows 10 on a second HDD, would it 100% possible to seamlessly switch them out and play on Windows 10? Would there be any problems I'm not seeing?
Yes.
And no.
However it's a tedious process if you choose to do it with two hard drives.
You see, when your computer boots up, it checks the BIOS to see what storage device to check first for an OS. The thing is, you would have to boot into the BIOS and then select the hard drive that has the desired OS and then boot again. That problem would be solved if you had it on only one HDD.
To answer the question. Yes, however you would need to first install all of the drivers for the new OS and also get a "legal" copy of Windows 10. (Which you won't get of course).

That should give you more detailed steps.

Bullploppy.
BOOTMGR can easily boot an OS on a different drive; you don't even need to do anything, Windows setup adds your various Windowses to the BOOTMGR menu automatically.
All you need to do is run Windows setup twice, once for each drive.
You've clearly never tried this, yet you thought you'd "help" anyway.
