Well, thats not really how it works either.

movies either leak during screener season, or via chinese theaters due to their very easily rippable and dated thearer technology, they don't have to be (and probably are hardly ever) disgruntled to upload a pirate copy. In fact that would probably work to their disadvantage since uploading these things takes more work than just uploading with anti piracy technology.
